Instructions for posters and talks

Talks:

Timing: 15' of presentation + 5' of questions.

We will have a laptop with a PDF reader (and also Powerpoint).

Speakers should upload their presentation during the break before the begining of their session.

Posters:

The size of posters should not exceed 1m20 (width) X 1m80 (height).

All posters will be set up during the entire meeting.

Posters with an even number will be presented on Monday evening. Posters with an odd number will be presented on Tuesday evening.
