Grants for students/postdocs
To encourage the participation of students and postdocs, we will provide a few grants covering the cost of registration (which includes all meals and lodging).
To apply for these grants, you must make 2 submissions:
- Submit an abstract of your work (to be considered for an oral or poster presentation)
- Submit a short motivation letter (250 words max) explaining why you want to attend this meeting (NB: to submit your motivation letter, in the abstract submission form, select 'ProbGen grant application' in the menu 'type of document'. )
Deadline for student/postdoc grant application: 25 May 2019
At this stage it is not necessary to register: all applicants are considered as pre-registered.
Applicants will be notified on June 6. Awardees will receive a code for their free registration. The other applicants will have to register before July 29 to keep benefit of the early-bird registration rate.
